OPEN A NEW FIDELITY BANK ACCOUNT

  • New customers please click on the link below and complete the attached form online. Upon approval, a Financial Service Representative will contact you to schedule an appointment to officially open your new account and assist you with the remaining four steps.

STEP 2

STOP USING YOUR OLD ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Be sure to keep enough money in your account to cover any bills, payments or withdrawals that you have already made or may come in during the next 30 days. Destroy any unused checks, ATM or debit cards and/or deposit slips on your OLD account.

STEP 3

FLIP YOUR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS BY FILLING OUT THE PROVIDED CHANGE FORM

The Automatic Payment Change Form below can be sent to most of the companies you pay automatically. Simply print and complete the form(s) and send it to your service company. We have provided addresses and instructions for major utilities in your area to save you time.

FLIP YOUR DIRECT DEPOSITS BY FILLING OUT THE PROVIDED CHANGE FORMS

The Direct Deposit Forms below can be used to redirect funds from your employer, Social Security, etc., to your new account at Fidelity. Simply print and complete the form(s), and send it to your employer. For Social Security deposits, use the Government Direct Deposit Change Form below or call 1-800-772-1213 to make the change by telephone.

STEP 5

OFFICALLY CLOSE YOUR OLD ACCOUNT

After all outstanding withdrawals have been processed, the Account Closure Form can be used to instruct your old bank to close your account and mail you the remaining balance. Simply click on the link below, print and complete the form, and mail it to your old bank.
