Big Brothers/Big Sisters:
In 2007, employees contributed their time and energy to the youth in our community through BIGS in Schools and participation in the annual Big Brothers/Big Sisters’ Bowling Tournament.

Heartspring
In a community benefit for the children of Heartspring, Fidelity Bank corporately sponsored, with employee volunteer staffing, the annual  “Lights on the Lake” event in December.  For more than 70 years, Heartspring (formerly known as the Institute of Logopedics) has provided services for individuals with special needs including autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.

Kansas Children’s Service League
Fidelity Bank presented the 17th Annual Red Stocking Breakfast held on December 5, 2007, during which employee personalities teamed up with local celebrities to serve at the event.  All proceeds from ticket sales went to the Kansas Children’s Service League benefitting Wichita programs such as Adoption Search, Counseling, Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center Case Management, Parent Education and Parent Helpline/Parents Helping Parents Support.

United Way:
In addition to year-round involvement in the United Way, Fidelity employees generously contribute their time and dollars annually to a fundraising drive benefitting the United Way, to which a significant corporate donation is added.  For 2007, Fidelity Bank received the Pinnacle Award for reaching over 100% of our organization’s giving potential.
