Interest-only payments require the borrower to pay only the interest
on a loan during the construction period. Once the construction is
completed, the loan is typically converted to a traditional mortgage.

inspections and making funds available based on the percentage
of work completed. Advance requests are processed quickly and
efficiently, with funds being made available the same day as the
request. Advances can be made as often as necessary.
