OPT Free Checking base account includes: low opening deposit of $25, $.05 cash back for all signature-based Fidelity Check Card transactions, no monthly fee, no minimum balance to maintain, unlimited check writing, Instant Issue Visa Check Card with no annual fee, free online banking and free Smart Voice. OPT Free Checking Options include: free online bill pay, free standard checks, one overdraft fee refund per year, $25 bonus on your annual account anniversary, an additional $.05 cash back for every signature-based Fidelity Check Card transaction, interest rate paid monthly on daily collected balance, no Fidelity Bank Charge for use of other institution's ATM. Customer gets two Options for free; any additional options will be $2.00 each a month. If the option to earn interest is selected, annual percentage yield is 0.15% as of 10/16/09. Rate subject to change. Fees could reduce earnings.
