Access to your mortgage account is changing.

Beginning February 22, 2021, the way you access Fidelity Mortgage Manager will change. At that time, your mortgage account will be fully integrated into Fidelity Bank’s online banking platform, providing you with the added ability to access any other Fidelity Bank account you have and open new accounts completely online with one login.

Below is important information to help you prepare and ensure a seamless transition.


Already use Fidelity Bank or Oklahoma Fidelity Bank online banking?

Beginning February 22, if you already use online banking, you will access Fidelity Mortgage Manager directly through your existing online banking account.



Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Fidelity Mortgage Manager will be temporarily unavailable from 4:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, February 18 through 8:00 a.m. Monday, February 22. At 8:00 a.m. on February 22, you will be able to access your mortgage account through online banking at using your same user name and password.
  2. You will be asked to setup a new password on your first login attempt.
  3. Once you are logged in, there will be a tile for your mortgage account on the online banking home page. Clicking that tile will take you directly to the home screen of your Fidelity Mortgage Manager account.
  4. If you have bookmarked the current login page in your browser, you will want to create a new bookmark for on February 22.



To ensure you have a seamless experience, please confirm that we have the most up-to-date email, mailing address and phone number for your account. Also, please save your username and password in a secure place, as you will need that information to log into online banking.
