NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Fidelity Bank will be conducting scheduled maintenance on Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11.
The following systems will be affected:
Online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and SmartVoice from 2:00 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 10:
During this time, online, mobile and SmartVoice banking will be unavailable and ATMs will not provide current balances. However, all transactions at ATMs will be processed as normal. Debit card and credit card transactions will not be affected.
Online Banking from 6:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, November 10:
During this time, you will still be able to access online banking, but will not be able to view check images.
Online Banking from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 11:
During this time, online banking will be unavailable. Please make arrangements to conduct online transactions before or after the scheduled maintenance.
