One-touch access to mobile banking5/9/2018
Mobile banking brings full account access right to your fingertips, now with even greater ease.
Continuing our efforts to empower you to bank when and where you want, we recently upgraded our Fidelity Bank mobile app with an enhancement in how you log into your account and access features.
Previously, you could view your account when logged in with Touch ID or Passcode, but you had to enter your full password if you wanted to access money movement features. With this upgrade, you can skip the step of re-entering your password and log in once with Touch ID or Passcode to gain immediate access to these money movement features:
- Mobile deposits
- Bill pay
- Cardless Cash
It’s fast, secure and now even easier.
This functionality is already in place for those who have the latest version of our Fidelity Bank mobile app and Touch ID or Passcode enabled on their smartphone. If you are unable to access this feature, please update the app by visiting your app store and ensure that Touch ID is enabled in your phone’s settings.
