We’ve expanded our network of innovative banking services with the recent addition of an Interactive Banking Machine (IBM) on the campus of WSU Tech. With the IBM located conveniently outside the Shocker bookstore, students, staff and visitors now have virtual access to a live Fidelity banker via the IBM’s touchscreen interface.

Available services include deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, money transfers and more. Interactive Banking is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including most holidays. Traditional ATM services are available 24 hours a day. Our IBMs are designed with extended hours of operation, designed to accommodate the needs of any Shocker on the go.
