Notice of system maintenance

An extended period of system maintenance will occur from 12:00 p.m. on May 18 to 12:00 a.m. on May 19

Some banking services will be unavailable during this time.

We are committed to keeping you informed about activities that may affect your banking routines. On May 18, we will be upgrading and enhancing several systems during a 12-hour maintenance period beginning at 12:00 p.m. with an anticipated completion time of midnight. 

During the maintenance window the following banking services will be affected:

  • Online banking will be accessible but will not provide up-to-date balance and transaction information. Information displayed will be accurate as of the time maintenance began.
  • Mobile banking will be accessible but will not provide up-to-date balance and transaction information. Information displayed will be accurate as of the time maintenance began.
  • SmartVoice telephone banking will be unavailable.
  • Interactive Banking will be unavailable.
  • Fidelity Bank ATMs will be unavailable.
  • Fidelity Bank debit cards will be able to be used for purchases and cash withdrawals at non-Fidelity Bank ATMs, though transaction data will not be reflected in online or mobile banking until the system maintenance is completed.
  • The customer care center will be open until 5:00 p.m. on May 18, but will not be able to provide current balance or transaction information during the maintenance period. Representatives can be reached at 1.800.658.1637.

How to prepare for the extended maintenance period

We understand that this planned maintenance may be disruptive and want to help alleviate the inconvenience. Here are some suggestions to help you prepare:

  • Plan to conduct all of your critical banking business for the weekend prior to noon on May 18. You can visit an office, utilize drive-through Interactive Banking or connect to a live banker on our website by clicking the Let’s Talk chat bubble during our business hours.
  • Check your account balances before noon on May 18. Remember, we will not be able to provide up-to-date account balances over the phone or through ATMs, online banking, mobile banking, SmartVoice telephone banking or Interactive Banking Machines during the maintenance window.
  • Familiarize yourself with our surcharge-free ATM options. While Fidelity Bank ATMs are unavailable, you can utilize nearby Allpoint and MoneyPass ATMs to conduct transactions.
