  • Online banking is accessible but will not provide up-to-date balance and transaction information. Information displayed will be accurate as of the time maintenance began.
  • Mobile banking is accessible but will not provide up-to-date balance and transaction information. Information displayed will be accurate as of the time maintenance began.
  • SmartVoice telephone banking is unavailable.
  • Interactive Banking is unavailable.
  • Fidelity Bank ATMs are unavailable.
  • Fidelity Bank debit cards are able to be used for purchases and cash withdrawals at non-Fidelity Bank ATMs, though transaction data will not be reflected in online or mobile banking until the system maintenance is completed.
