Since joining Fidelity Bank, Caroline has consistently exceeded performance metrics by deepening her understanding of her clients and their goals—she knows both the numbers and the people behind them.

Caroline's commitment to exceptional service is further demonstrated by her active involvement in community organizations such as Service for Sight and Family Promise, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys ballet, Pilates, and participating in book club discussions. On the weekends, you’ll often find her cheering for her favorite football teams: the Kansas City Chiefs and KU Football. Additionally, she hosts Bible study nights, showcasing her enthusiasm for activities that foster collaboration, learning, and personal growth in all aspects of her life.
