She joined Fidelity Bank in 2014 and transitioned to the Private Banking Department in 2019. Tammy takes pride in managing the daily operations of the Private Banking department and addressing her clients' lending needs. With nearly four decades of experience in banking, she excels in providing outstanding customer support and service.

As a leader and passionate advocate for local charities, Tammy focuses on building genuine connections. Her goal is to deliver customized banking solutions, mentor future leaders and support families and organizations in meaningful ways. Recognized for her exceptional sales and leadership, Tammy serves as the team captain for Fidelity’s Community Advancement Team and leads the "Adopting a School" initiative, which provides mentorship and support to students. Her extensive volunteer efforts include involvement with Relay for Life, Johnson County Christmas Bureau, Hope House, New Hope Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army and Ronald McDonald House. Tammy’s dedication to helping others shapes her professional approach, offering the compassionate guidance and tailored financial solutions that clients expect from Fidelity Bank.
