A: Your resume should tell us all about who you are and what you’ve done as a professional. Be sure to mention any outstanding accomplishments you’ve achieved in your previous work. Most importantly, we want to know what relevant skills and experiences you have that makes you the best candidate for the job.

A: Your resume should be as long as necessary in order to give us the full picture of who you are, what you’ve done and why you would be a strong fit within our Fidelity family. Nothing more, nothing less! We do recommend summarizing your relevant career experience on the first page of your resume, however.

A: That is a great question—the specific answer depends on the position you are applying for. In general, we look for a strong desire to learn, passion for the industry, willingness to work hard, and a desire to excel.

A: Our human resources team reviews applications for each open position on a daily basis and will contact the applicants that appear to be a strong match for each position. All applications remain on file with the Bank for two years and we may contact applicants for other opportunities at the Bank in the future.

A: Most of the positions we offer are for full-time employment; however, we do occasionally have part-time positions open. To view all part-time positions, adjust the search criteria by selecting the “Schedule” filter.
