FIDELITY BANK RECOGNIZED FOR INDUSTRY EXCELLENCE BY FANNIE MAE
Fidelity Bank’s loan servicing division has been recognized for their General Servicing and Solutions Delivery by Fannie Mae’s Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards™ (STAR™) Program. Fidelity Bank is one of 29 mortgage servicers in the nation to receive the 2021 STAR Performer designation for competency, capacity and overall performance.
“We are proud that our team has earned recognition for excellence in mortgage servicing,” said Anne Jasinski, Fidelity Bank’s loan servicing operations director. “We achieved this designation of excellence during a global pandemic that found us assisting customers experiencing financial hardships, all while continuing to meet Fannie Mae’s program benchmarks.”
Fannie Mae’s STAR Performer recognition is reserved for top performing servicers who are identified using an operational assessment based on ratings across key areas including people, processes and technology.
“We would not be one of the industry’s top servicers without our management team and their dedicated staff,” said Kelly Bauer, Fidelity Bank’s chief financial officer.
For the past decade, the STAR Program has provided consistent, specific, and measurable feedback to servicers, providing participants with annual evaluations utilizing a Servicer Capability Framework and STAR Performance Scorecard.
This is the second consecutive year Fidelity Bank’s servicing team has been recognized as a STAR Performer by Fannie Mae.
