We offer you a variety of convenient ways to make personal loan payments--online, through the mail, in-person or over the phone. You can choose the method that is most convenient for your situation. And should you need help setting up or using a payment method, a member of our loan servicing team is here to help.

Utilizing the “Loan Payments” feature in the “Money Movement” menu within online and mobile banking, you can conduct a one-time payment or establish recurring payments from an existing Fidelity Bank deposit account to your loan account.

In online and mobile banking you can make loan payments using your account from a different financial institution by utilizing the “Add External Account” feature in the “Self Service” menu. After providing information about your external account, two "micro" deposits of amounts less than $1 will be generated and sent to your external account, typically within five business days. Once you receive the amounts of your micro deposits, select “Verify External Accounts” from the “Self Service” menu, and enter the amounts to activate your account for use. Once activated, this external account will be available for use in the “Loan Payments” feature of online and mobile banking.

Be sure to include your loan number to ensure the payment is properly applied.

You can make a payment by cash or check at any of our office locations or Interactive Banking Machines.
