Details required by all owners to open an account:

  • Social Security number or Tax Identification number
  • Proof of residential address
  • Copy of valid Acceptable Form of Identification for all trustees
  • Certificate of Trust or Trust documents

Additional documents required at account opening:

  • Representative payee documents from court or check from U.S. Treasury indicating name of representative payee

Details required for entity and all executor/executrix to open an account:

  • Name and address for entity
  • Personal information for each executor/executrix
  • Estate’s Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Social Security number
  • Copy of valid Acceptable Form of Identification for each executor/executrix

Additional documents required at account opening:

  • Letters of testamentary or administration from the court
