As director of commercial banking, Charles Stuart oversees multiple business divisions that provide access to funding and operational resources for businesses and entrepreneurs. His experienced leadership has been instrumental in driving the strategic development of key areas such as commercial and industrial lending, construction lending, treasury services, and the Business 360 departments—each one a crucial component for the growth of Fidelity Bank and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank’s presence in a dynamic regional market.

Charles joined Oklahoma Fidelity Bank in 2022 as the Tulsa market president, following a successful commercial banking career spanning over three decades with stints at major national and regional financial institutions. His focus on fostering a workplace culture rooted in open communication, collaboration and respect has enabled him to build a dedicated commercial team through effective recruitment and employee development, leading to substantial growth in Tulsa’s customer base

Charles is an active community volunteer and previously served in board leadership positions for organizations like the United Way of Tulsa.
