Manage your loan in online and mobile banking

Our free online banking and mobile app offer easy ways to monitor your home equity line of credit balance, transfer funds and make payments. To get the most out of your account, we encourage you to enroll in online banking and download the app.

Payment options

Whether you prefer to make one-time or recurring payments, we have you covered. Here are a few ways you can make a payment:

Follow these three steps:

  1. Log in to online banking or launch the mobile app.
  2. Select Add External Account under the Self Service section of the Main Menu.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to add an account from a different financial provider.

Once complete, you can easily transfer payments between that account and Fidelity. NOTE: There is a verification process that may take a few days, and there is a $2,000 daily transfer limit.

To establish automatic payments, download the automatic payment service form below, complete it and mail it to:

Log in to online banking or the mobile app and select Loan Payments under the Money Movement section in the Main Menu.

To use a bill payment service you already utilize for your loan payments, please change your payee to Fidelity Bank, N.A. 100 E. English, PO Box 3377 Wichita, KS 67201.

You can call our customer care team at 1.800.658.1637 for payment assistance and to enroll in our free SmartVoice telephone banking service.

 

Accessing funds

Your loan funds are available when you need them. Here’s how to access them:

  • Transferring funds through online and mobile banking. Easily transfer funds to another Fidelity Bank account or an external account you have added within online banking or the mobile app.
  • Write a check. Contact our customer care team at 1.800.658.1637 to order checks for your line of credit.
