Here's where we stand.

As the leader of a fourth generation, family-owned business here in Wichita, I believe it is important that the community we serve knows where we stand. We have found success in our home town, and that success comes with a responsibility to play a meaningful role in our shared progress. Sometimes that is speaking to Wichita’s great potential and celebrating triumphs. In more difficult times, it is resolving to not remain silent as hatred and violence threaten to irreparably divide us.

Jeff Ronen to retire July 31

Executive Vice President Jeff Ronen will be retiring from Fidelity Bank as director of commercial banking on July 31, 2020. Ronen has worked for Fidelity Bank and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank for more than 10 years, beginning as a commercial lender in 2010 and being named market president of Oklahoma Fidelity Bank in 2014 before moving back to Wichita to lead bank-wide commercial lending, treasury management and private banking activities.

Fidelity funds purchase of mission critical Red Cross van

Fidelity Bank has donated $50,000 to the American Red Cross Kansas Oklahoma Region, which will be used to purchase a new mission critical van. The van will be added to their fleet responsible for transporting blood and volunteers to communities throughout Kansas and Oklahoma.

The caller says they are reaching out about some possible fraudulent charges to your bank account. Before they can discuss the charges, they need to gather some personal information from you to verify that you are the owner of the account.

FIDELITY BANK DONATES TO ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI IN SUPPORT OF LOCAL MEDICAL SUPPLY PRODUCTION

Fidelity Bank has made a $15,000 donation to the Via Christi Foundation to aid in the local production of plastic face shields for frontline caregivers at Ascension Via Christi. This grant is part of a $30,000 commitment from the Via Christi Foundation toward the goal of creating 7,000 high quality face shields. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, these shields are a part of a critical shortage of medical supplies facing healthcare providers across the nation.

Fidelity Bank, N.A. completes acquisition of Yorktown Bank

Fidelity Bank, N.A. has completed the acquisition of Yorktown Bank, including the transitioning of customers and employees to its Oklahoma Fidelity Bank division. The addition of Yorktown’s Tulsa office and two locations in Pryor bring the bank’s Oklahoma footprint to nine offices. With the onboarding of Yorktown Bank, Fidelity Bank’s assets now surpass $2.8 billion.

Fidelity Bank’s loan servicing division has been recognized for their General Servicing and Solutions Delivery by Fannie Mae’s Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards™ (STAR™) Program. Fidelity Bank is one of 29 mortgage servicers in the nation to receive the 2021 STAR Performer designation for competency, capacity and overall performance.

Wind Surge and Fidelity Bank Partner to Support League 42

Fidelity Bank is partnering with the Wichita Wind Surge on the Home Runs for Charity program which will run throughout the teams inaugural season. As part of the program Fidelity Bank will donate $50 for every home run hit by a Wind Surge player during home games at Riverfront Stadium, and the Wind Surge will be matching those funds dollar-for-dollar. The benefitting organization is League 42, which makes youth baseball accessible to urban children in the community, opening them up to the many benefits of participating in this team sport.
