These days, digital security is more important than ever. Protecting your private financial information is the reason we hire and manage an in-house customer support team and offer a number of secure ways for you to get in touch.

On any page of our website, you’ll find our Customer Care Live pop-up window in the lower right-hand corner. Click the “Let’s Talk” bubble to open a menu of communication options including video, audio, phone and chat. No matter which method you choose, you’ll be connected to a live Fidelity Bank team member.




You choose how to interact

We know that not everyone likes to communicate the same way. When you engage with Customer Care Live and our in-house team of customer support professionals, you get to choose the method.

  • Video. You will be able to see the customer care representative who is assisting you, but they will not be able to see you.
  • Audio. This option allows you to converse with the representative using your computer microphone and speakers.
  • Phone. You can enter your phone number and a representative will call you to offer assistance.
  • Chat. You can establish a secure online chat with a representative and communicate through typing or texting.

Live on-screen assistance

Customer Care Live also offers screen sharing, which is great for receiving assistance with navigating the website or accessing online banking features. Our representative is only able to share your screen if you authorize it.
