Fidelity Bank, N.A. has promoted Senior Vice President LaRae Mansch from director of corporate governance to director of operations. In this role, Mansch provides oversight to multiple divisions of the bank ensuring that vital functional areas are all working together to deliver a seamless banking experience. She guides the operational efforts of Fidelity’s consumer, commercial and residential lending business units, as well as the activities of the compliance and special corporate projects divisions.

The Fidelity Bank Foundation has awarded a $250,000 grant to the Sedgwick County Zoo in support of the park’s 25-year master plan. The grant will provide the Zoo with an annual $50,000 disbursement for five years, with the funds earmarked for the construction of a new entry complex to honor the organization’s 50th anniversary celebration in 2021.

On the heels of a combined $1 million gift to Wichita State University’s Shock the World campaign in February of this year, Fidelity Bank announced an additional $1 million in community investment, with gifts aimed at accelerating entrepreneurial activity and community betterment.
