FIDELITY BANK DONATES TO ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI IN SUPPORT OF LOCAL MEDICAL SUPPLY PRODUCTION

Fidelity Bank has made a $15,000 donation to the Via Christi Foundation to aid in the local production of plastic face shields for frontline caregivers at Ascension Via Christi. This grant is part of a $30,000 commitment from the Via Christi Foundation toward the goal of creating 7,000 high quality face shields. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, these shields are a part of a critical shortage of medical supplies facing healthcare providers across the nation.

Fidelity Bank announces new chief credit officer

(WICHITA, KS) --- Fidelity Bank announced new leadership for credit and lending operations with the promotion of Roger Mericle to chief credit officer. In this role, he provides guidance to all areas of Fidelity’s credit operations, including residential lending, credit administration, consumer lending and loan operations. Mericle replaces longtime Fidelity executive Mark Sikes, who is retiring after a 23-year career at Fidelity, during which he helped shape credit operations across all areas of lending.
